Meet Dr. Craig

First diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at age 16, my academic and career trajectory was fueled by the constant need to understand and overcome the illness. Through the entire process, KNOWLEDGE WAS MY BEST MEDICINE. While ME/CFS remains a mystery, I learned smart, effective ways to overcome the debilitating nature of the illness. These strategies are based on years of trial and error, a vast look at the scientific literature, a sampling of multidisciplinary methods, and unending devotion to the cause.

Using both conventional allopathic medicine and integrative medicine, I was able to regain control of my health. I sincerely believe you can too! The foundation of this approach is rooted in simple dietary changes that effectively reduce inflammation in the body, improve intestinal health, and boost immune function.

Additionally, I use targeted supplementation to address known weak areas in the neuro-endocrine-immune model of ME/CFS. Having also explored many traditional treatment options touted by ME/CFS experts in the field, I landed on a personalized approach that transformed me from foggy-brained zombie to full-time clinician and educator in bustling New York City and world traveler.

I received my clinical training at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida. I also completed undergraduate study in exercise science at the College of William and Mary. I graduated with honors from the University of Bridgeport’s Human Nutrition Institute Master's program. Currently, I am enrolled at the Technical University of Munich in Freising, Germany. Here, I am studying Nutrition & Biomedicine with a focus on mitochondria.

This site was launched as a means to share the unique multidisciplinary knowledge I have gained after nearly two decades of chronic illness. A diagnosis of ME/CFS all too often comes with cool indifference and dismissal from an uninformed public. We can change that. Let knowledge be your best medicine.

I'm on this journey with you.
