 Frequently Asked Questions

  • We connect over Zoom. You’ll receive personalized, evidence-based guidance tailored to your diagnosis, symptoms, and history. We’ll focus on actionable strategies—primarily nutrition and lifestyle changes—that support long-term recovery, not short-term gimmicks.

  • I don’t order labs or prescribe. However, I can help interpret existing test results and advise on whether further testing may be helpful. Supplement recommendations, if any, are conservative and targeted—not a long list of pills.

  • Yes. A confirmed diagnosis—such as ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, or long COVID—is strongly recommended before booking. This ensures that my guidance is within scope and appropriate for your condition.

  • Yes. Many of my clients come after trying other approaches without lasting success. My aim is to simplify and clarify—not add to add further complexity—by focusing on what’s most likely to help based on your current stage of recovery.

  • That depends. Some clients get the clarity they need from a single session. Others prefer follow-up support as they begin to apply changes. You can book additional sessions as needed—there’s no pressure or long-term commitment.

  • No. There is currently no cure for ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, or long COVID. My role is to help you manage symptoms, reduce flares, and improve daily function through practical, research-informed strategies.

  • Courses provide structured, self-paced education. Consultations are fully personalized—we apply what’s relevant to your individual case. Many clients choose to do both for the best results.

Meet Dr. Courtney Craig

Nutritionist Specializing in Managing ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, and long-haul COVID

First diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) as a teen, I spent nearly two decades learning to get my health back.

Using both conventional medicine and functional medicine, I was able to improve my debilitating fatigue and brain fog.

I believe diet should be the foundation of any treatment plan. My main focus is on eliminating diet-induced inflammation and promoting nutrient-dense eating habits.

I am passionate about sharing hope and healing through food for those with post-viral illnesses.
